Policies

General Information
We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the designated start time to ensure you receive the benefits of a full session. Please make sure your vehicle is locked before entering our office. We are not responsible for any loss, left, or damage of personal items. We kindly ask that you turn off or silence cell phones once arriving.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any services or products. This applies regardless of whether the service or product has been fully utilized. In certain cases, we may consider exchanges for products or services of equal or lesser value, solely at our discretion. Requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase and are subject to approval.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will not be extended beyond the original scheduled time and you will be charged the full session fee.


Private Session Cancellations
Private Sessions (Energy Healing, Sound Healing, 1:1 Coaching, etc.) require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all on-site and virtual appointments. Cancellations within this timeframe will be issued a credit on your Lavender and Jade account.  Account credits must be used within 30 days from the date of issuance. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee and no credit will be issued.


Workshops, Certifications, and Events Cancellations
Workshops, Certification Programs, and Events require a 72-hour notice before the start of the session. Cancellations within this timeframe will receive a credit on your Lavender and Jade account. Account credits must be used within 30 days from the date of issuance. No-shows and cancellations less than 72 hours will be charged the full session fee and no credit will be issued.
